so... i talked to my therapist for the first time about the miscarriage... she was very informative to me for exactly what happened... still scares me to death... sigh... ok so she wants me to write a letter of forgiveness to me... cuz i still blame myself for losing the lil one and it was not my fault... HARD ok so yea...

I'm sorry to hear you are going through this. It is good you are starting to be able to express your feelings in a way that is comfortable for you.
and remember the first step is always the hardest.
