what can i do ? should i have a nurse stay the whole time?

Are you talking about a gynecological physical? Yes having the nurse present would help. I also have a female doctor.

a physical of everything not gyno though
i talked toi a nurse an she said it would be alrightif i had a nurse stay there or if no nurse able to i could have a support on the phone hearing everything and helping

Female exams are not the most enjoyable experience but doctors are professionals who understand. They are important even though they are perhaps embarrassing. By all means have a nurse stay with you. I have always had a nurse there as a matter of course. In my area that is standard procedure, especially if the doctor is a man. Good luck and I wish you well

ugh
 i dread physicals and i have one on the 4th of may. i hate being naked, or even half naked in front of other people. i dont even like being naked by myself.
