I barely have any and I am seventeen years old, now my 13 year old little sister has more than me. And the fact that I barely have any noticeable breast makes me feel like less of a woman.

:/ Please tell me I'm not the only girl here who's just as good as flat chested?

That is OK - I was flat-chested for a long time, but then I developed big breasts. I started menstruating at almost 16. Late development does happen and even has some benefits as far as breast/ovarian cancer prevention is concerned.
Thanks for this!

16 - 17, I would say, although I do not remember for certain.

Go watch the new movie called Anna Karenina - you will see the most flat-chested actress in Hollywood pull off the lead part with great elegance. That should give you confidence that you can be womanly without breast tissue.
Thanks for this!

It is also just a good movie overall, with good actors in supporting roles as well - enjoy.

I'm in a DD -DDD depending on the brand and I'm 14..... I was in a C in 5th grade..... so some people develop faster than others.... also genetics play a HUGE part in it..... I'm super skinny with big breasts, so its not like my weight is causing it, its just genetics.....

I started developing at 10, and was the first in my class to get my period. Everyone develops at their own pace.

Never! (Not yet) I got my period when I was 11, but now I am 17 and I am barely an A cup. I'm a 32A and even then I sometimes gap a little. And my mom is a DD - was an F when pregnant. Most women in my family have large boobs. The only other one with small breasts is my dad's half sister, soo don't know what happened with me! I've learned to accept it. Because I am small all over, the small boobs fits me. I never have to worry about looking too revealing. It is easier to pad your boobs than to bind them down.

Oh, if we're being more specific, here's my details:

breasts: Age 10
period: Just turned age 11

Don't remember exactly when pubic hair came in, but most likely age 10.

I'm not sure at what age I started developing, but I'm 20 now and I'm only 36A or a 34B depending on the brand. I have small breasts, that's just the way I was meant to be.

I didn't get my period till I was 14 so I guess I was a little on the late scale of development.

I started developing when I was in the 4th grade(so about 9-10 years old). I was the second kid in my class to wear a bra. I didn't get my first period until I was 12 though.

I was a AA until I was 18 and had given up any hope of a bigger chest.....then suddenly BAM!!! I grew to a DD and have never gone back! BUT UNFORTUNATELY....the rest of me grew too!!! I was too skinny previously for my body to "afford" to put any extra up top, then I gained weight for the first time at 18 and VOILA! I have felt grateful to get something positive after so many flat years, but it comes at a cost, bigger hips, thighs etc. and many times I have wished to go back to skinny and flat! Be careful what you wish for and be happy with how you are my friend, it could all change in an instant and it has been pretty much impossible for me to go back. I have carried extra weight pretty constantly for the last decade. Is it worth it? Nah.
