Is it possible for someone to be about 8 weeks pregnant and not test positive?

For almost every illness I've had I don't test positive until way way after I caught it. So it wouldn't be odd. But is it possible?!?!

I've had, what I believe to be, morning sickness all week. And I'm starting to bulge out a little. I'm growing and I've had a many MANY reasons to believe I am with child.

But the tests say different.

PLESAE POST IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE.

Also

Would it effect the baby's health if it was rape instead of normal intercourse?

These home tests measure some sort of chemical(?) produced during pregnancy. I would think they are not 100% accurate. To be on the safe side, I would go to a gynecologist/obstetrician.

I see no reason why rape should affect the health of a baby. But I suggest you see a professional about this situation.

You should definitely see a docter. If it's not pregnancy, it could be something else.
As for positives and negatives, your body might not be producing enough of that chemical for it to show up on a home test... if that's even possible.

Pregnancy tests are based on the ability to chemically detect increased hormones. There may be something else going on. It would certainly be worth while to see a physician and get checked out
