I've noticed for the past few months that my voice has been sounding raspy, almost like it's cracking. I don't talk much, yell or scream. When I try and speak quietly, I can hear my voice break. My voice also has been changing at different tones too, like it just sounds different at certain times.

I don't know if it's puberty, or my meds.

I've experienced much the same. In my case, I'm betting lithium is the culprit.

What meds are you on and have you spoken of this concern with your doctor?
I was instructed to bring it up with the neurologist I will be seeing.

I wish you well.
Thanks for this!

Lamotrigine 3mg, Resperidone 100mg, Amantadine 100mg, and Lithium 150mg and 300mg

Are you taking in enough fluids? That would be the first question to ask, esp. Considering Li.
