Darker, longer clothes, shorter hair, heels (though not ridiculously high as that i find has the opposite effect), i'd keep make-up to a minimum and just keep very open but firm body language. Lots of keen eye contact and keep a calm, level voice. Hope this helps.

The way you dress, and the way you carry yourself, confident posture, assertive voice, the words that you use. It's not just your face really, but some people just look young and that's not a bad thing.
