It seems like everyone's having babies, except me. I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2011 that almost killed me. Had to have emergency surgery and lost a liter of blood. Not something I want to happen again. I tried getting pregnant again in 2013 and did fertility drugs, but no luck. I only lasted a couple months before having to go back on all my meds cause I landed in the hospital from a melt down. I just don't see a feasible solution on being able to get pregnant. I also have a bad back and can hardly lift 10 lbs, so I'd be bedridden for most of the pregnancy. It just makes me depressed because it's something I can't do. I feel bad for my husband because he wants a kid and I feel like I can't help him out with that and so I feel sometimes that he's going to leave me.

I had a daughter at 21, but three miscarriages out of 4 times being pregnant. For years I stewed and fretted and wore my second husband out trying to get pregnant. It is really hard when your maternal instinct is so strong and the desire to have babies is always in your thoughts. In the last year or so I just learned that another child is probably hot going to happen. While it has not satisfied my desire, accepting that as the case has freed me up somewhat to enjoy being the beautiful woman God created me to be'

I just wanted to let you know that I care and I really sympathize with your situation. I am here for you if you need me and will continue to root for you, Sometimes it works better to just give up the fretting and enjoy sex for the pleasure it brings rather than having to focus on the results

I know many women who got pregnant after they stopped worrying about it. I also had an ectopic pregnancy removed. I had an uneventful pregnancy and healthy baby 7 years later. Keep trying, but relax. If it is going to happen it will whether you worry or not.

You don't have to be off meds to get pregnant. Lithium and Depakote are pretty bad actors, but there are many women who had successful pregnancies taking meds, me being one of them.
