I am going to get one tomorrow afternoon. I go for my fibromyalgia pain ( mainly .. now dont laugh.. I get my butt massaged lol ) That is where alot of my pain is in my lower back and butt area. I also get to see the chiropractor after. He stretches out my spine .. and ohhh does it feel good. Massage therappy helps me so much... I'd reccomend it to anyone.

Massage therapy is good for individuals that have experienced physical or sexual abuse. It can (not necessary all ppl) re-train the mind & body to accept good/normal safe touch in a therapeutic environment.

I'm really glad for everyone. ((( Everyone )))

But then there's poor me. ((( Me ))) massage - ahhhhhhhh

Massage didn't help me at all. I could never ever relax, and I tried my hardest to continue going at the suggestion of my T. No sooner did my blood start circulating it was over and by the time I got to the car I was all tensed back up again. massage - ahhhhhhhh

When I first started going I kept my eyes open through the full hour I was so hyper-vigilant, and I spent the hour face down. massage - ahhhhhhhh

My massage therapist was so understanding and really did a good job trying to make a safe environment but...

Maybe some day I'll try again. Till then it's muscle relaxers. massage - ahhhhhhhh
