I think it's just discharge, but what was weird was that it was semi-hard, not gooey. It was white, no smell, square size and smaller than a pinkie nail. Was that discharge that just hardened? Any ideas?

a little piece of dried up toilet paper, thread that got bunched up from your undies or fuzz from that days clothes
