Ok so I got a new swimsuit and its one of those tankini's. Actually its a skirt and a tank. Anywhoo... it fits..but it also rides up. So I was wondering if any of you have an idea as to how to keep that secure so everything stays covered good. I had thought of maybe Hollywood Tape.. or velcro tabs. But not sure. Do any of you have a suggestion?

Thanks
Beth

Hi, Sweet, I have no suggestions, but I'm envious of you for getting into a swimsuit! I haven't been in one in several years!

Sweet, sorry I don't have any suggestions. I have a Tankini and it does the exact same thing. So, I only wear it when I'm just going to be laying around not when I'm actually going to be doing a lot in the water. Hope someone has a good suggestion for you.

Butt Glue Swimsuit dilema

If that doesn't work, throw caution to the wind. Yank that puppy up and make it a tank-thongie.

I would have to lose some weight before I'd get in a bathing suit of any kind, and when/if I did, it would be a "skort" kind of thing!

I have no advice either...IF I ever ever need to go swimming, I do the shorts and tshirt thingie too....

I love the butt glue idea, especially this statement:
"For swimsuit bottoms, avoid sitting down until Body Glue has dried".

Just getting some images in my mind of what happens if you sit down and the glue is not dry Swimsuit dilema

Swimsuit dilema Thanks for the chuckle folks!

I don't have a swimsuit but then I guess I would look a bit silly in one.

I hope the swimsuit doesn't stick to any wrong places............and watch out for the sand too, it's dodgy stuff that.

Tough Skin. . .you can get it anywhere they have gynmastics. The girls use them to keep the butt of the suit from "crack riding" during performances. It sprays on. . .easy to use. . .hypoallergenic.

The ToughSkin stuff (and tape) is like. . .hmmm. . .like a post it note. You stick it, it sticks. But you can pull it off and use it again, you know? You spray your bum a bit, pull up the bottom, and go. If you need to pee, you pull it down (makes a lovely sound, someone will think you're um, "changing something sticky") pee, and then pull it back up.

I've used it for years. . .ever since gymnastics. Cheerleaders use it too. . .fantastic stuff, and I've never had anythign else stick to it that wasn't supposed to.

Except. . .

Oh god. .
