Man....I missed 2 days of workouts while bf's parents were in town and I could really feel it in my body. I also missed it today too because I had to be up and out early, but then bf and I walked around a Halloween festival tonight so I don't feel so bad....but I feel like I've slacked a little on my workouts. Its just been a matter of not enough time....but that shouldn't be an excuse!

Raynaadi, I am thinking you need an alternate exercise plan too, for when you are "out of time." Some type of arm or leg movements while you're sitting or doing other things? If you make it part of your plan, you won't beat yourself up about missing the big effort, as you'll still be on schedule?

Hmmm good idea. Please help me motivate!

I'm not beating myself up over missing workouts but I don't like the way I feel when I miss the workouts. I get all stiff and stuff!
