Ok so the guys forum always puts threads up for unity and bringing them together and i was thinking we should do the same thing only for women. so im going to start out with putting up a few women who pop into my head as being really great and really underrated. you are welcome to join me Great Women

1. Rachel Carson - the mother of the green revolution
2. Toni Morrison - author
3. Alice Paul - fought for our right to vote

That gave me an idea for a great woman, she was my phlebotomy teacher, Meg.

I get this over to Women's. Great Women

good luck! i feel like ive already ruined my own thread lol....

this one phlebotomist at a hospital one time, i was there for a rupture ovarian cyst, he left the needle in my arm! for an hour! they said "well we dont have an obgyn on call so all we can really do is test you for pregnancy and for an ectopic pregnancy" so he took my blood and then put the saline in there and left it there. i said "what are you doing?" and he said "well its just in case we need to give you fluids." and i said "YOURE TESTING ME TO SEE IF IM PREGNANT! WHAT DO I NEED FLUIDS FOR!" i looked like a heroine addict for about 2 weeks. i had bruises all over my arm! it hurt so bad. i bet youre way better than that guy!

I don't think the thread is ruined Great Women That's terrible what happened to your arm in the hospital.....I hope I've never bruised someone that bad.
