I have downloaded an app that I like but find insufficiently challenging. I have been using it for a few days. It has me tensing and relaxing for 3 seconds and then quickly alternating between tensing and relaxing every 1 seconds. I like it, but my pelvic floor PT assigned the exercise of tensing for 10 seconds. Are there apps that include longer tensing exercises? Or apps where I can customize the duration of the hold? What is your favorite Kegel app?
