I don't know how to deal with the angry feeling at the moment, cause sometimes at work or other circunstances I can't avoid crying, and I hate to cry, I don't think that men happen for this! so I think that it's a disadvantage for us! And I hate it!! I don't know how to control it! Can anybody know how to deal with it?
Thanks!

Don't beat your self up to much over how you deal with emotionally situations.... as it has been said many times over that -

* Women CRY when they are Upset

* Men get ANGRY when they are Upset

So over all you are doing what comes natural for you as a female, and with that bit of info you will be better able to control your emotions as you age and heal from wounds that control you from with in.

i get this too - especially if ive been keeping everything in. ill just suddenly burst into tears at one little thing.
my advice -
find an output for all the bad feelings youve got and stuff thats happened. dont keep everything bottled up.
remember that it is ok to cry. its completely natural

Tears are filled with stress-related molecules, so when you cry, you are getting rid of them and helping lower your stress level. So even though it's frustrating to cry when upset, I guess, biochemically, it helps manage stress.

I think most women are just more sensitive and crying can be a good way to release your feelings. I know where you are coming from , I have done the same thing....then thinking am I the only one that cries??...I mean think of it as you could be doing something worse...you know... taking a deep breath would help me at times, and to focus my mind on ok, I am not gonna cry, I am going to say what I want to say in a rational way, and not cry.. It can work for you.. but hey, if you do cry, dont feel badly, its not that unusual in my opinion for women to cry.. I hope I have helped you on some degree... Katie

I know exactly how you feel! There have been just a couple of times when I've gotten so angry that I burst into tears. Once was when Pep Boys caused damage to my car after supposedly doing repairs on it (including, but not limited to, replacing the battery). Can you say $800? They failed to connect a fuel line back to the tank. I picked up the car and started filling up with gas. Gas gushed out beneath the car, and fire department had to be called to hose down the mess. I went back to Pep Boys screaming, shaking, cursing and crying like a maniac. I wish I could have been more in control, but I totally lost it. At least I scared away some potential customers and got a refund.

I wish I didn't cry every time I get frustrated or upset. It makes me want to cry just thinking about it.
