So I have a job interview, I know my broke behind should be happy, thrilled, excited, blah, blah, blah. But I'm so not.

The job is "setting appointments" with clients for a sales company. Basically, I'd be telemarketing. The hours are okay, the pay, okay. I know I could handle it, heck, I'd be good at it. On the other hand I know I'd hate every second I'm there.

Honestly, I just want to go back to my old job (my dream would be working in a zoo though, lol) as mundane and unstimulating it is, back. It could be weeks, even a month or more, though before I'm called back.

The thing is I feel guilty, ashamed even, for "looking a gift horse in the mouth". I guess, take the job if I'm offered it and keep looking?

When things fell it took away the luxury of finding the right fit in the average jobs, is my opinion. Who knows maybe you will meet your next boss doing this job. I am amazed there are any telemarketer jobs left.

You plan of take the job and 'keep looking' is a good one probably.

Yes thank goodness for Senior caregivers, I found the best person in the world at Call Senior Care and it really helps when they have a sense of humor, you gotta let a little lightness in once and awhile.

I would keep looking, if you can afford it. It doesn't sound like a gift horse to me! If you don't like it, remember, it is your life, not just a job?
