This is the first time I've been unemployed my whole life. I don't know what to do. My unemployment was turned down.

I'm sorry you lost your job. That's hard. I've been struggling with off and on employment since 2006. Can you appeal the unemployment decision?

Good luck.

Make a plan. Cut your costs. Envision your future. And then take steps to do it. Very hard. But I did it recently myself. Every morning you get up tell yourself what you're going to do that day. This takes courage but you can do it.
