whenever my boss. changes her mind about something. instead of just saying that. she will make a scene. will act like you are stupid. and make it sound like you did it wrong all this time. and should have known better. she changes her mind alot. so i can never be right. i dont get why she does this. makes me have to keep checking with her. because what she wanted yesterday. may not be what she wants today. and that makes me look stupid too. but im not going to take any chance to make her mad. so id rather look stupid. shes not afraid to get mad.

It sounds like you need to get a different job out of that company. To start with.....I always hated working for women because all too often they were like your boss. I did fine in my engineering career because it was all men & we worked together very well.....but at the end, when I ended up out of the technical engineering, I ended up under a women & it was the most horrible experience.....I ended up having a complete breakdown & never could go back to work.
You shouldn't have to put up with that crap......sounds like you are doing the best you can given the circumstances......but the bottom line is that you shouldn't have to put up with that crap & I would definitely be looking for another job....doesn't sound like it's really a career, so if you can find some other job....I would say....go looking & go for a change....it can't be any worse then where you are.

I have so much respect for you for roughing it out! I won't lie, i would have lost it on her. I would strongly suggest that you look for a new job ( DON'T QUIT until you find something else ). You shouldn't dread going to work.
