Im not sure what to do. Im so low when i come to work. Ive been looking for a new job but ive not had anyluck but the longer i stay here the worse i get, i cut myself today when i was on my own in the office and I havnt hurt myself in over a year. I feel like im loosing my grip on everything and i dont no what to do. I wish I could just leave but I need the money. What do I do?

Make a plan for leaving. Decide what you would really like to do and then figure out how to do that (see: Wishcraft). Once you have taken back your life so it is yours and you are working on doing what you want, etc., even having to stay at that job for awhile will be part of the plan and so the job won't make you feel so stuck anymore, it will just be for making money to work on the next stage of what you have decided to do.
