Hi,
It has been the second time I had a burnout now..one two years ago and currently going through one (deep 4 months in). I am dealing with it rather well and constructively but it all started when my partner left me (4 years together), lost my job (assistant communication/events), started my graduation...all at the same time ![]() I am freaking out a bit regards to being a ADHD and emotionally highly sensitive etc. whether I will be able to handle all the changes...ohh and I am moving to a new place at the end of October..and no I haven't found a new place yet...in any case I have a big CHALLENGE and can somebody give me advise on that. Here it is: I am a very hardworking person but there is a moment when I get the feeling that I understand the job have it in "a small pinky" and I get tired of working there. Soon after I start avoiding the job with coming in late...going home sooner, getting irritated by co-workers etc. Did anyone had that or has that and how do you manage to work with this. I guess it has to do with ADHD and the fact that I have a hard time being around people whom are talking about useless things. Anyone???? |

with the new job it is about breaking it down into smaller pieces. one thing at a time. make a list if you have to and face one task at a time so it isnt so overwhelming. working with a therapist for coping skills regarding the other stuff is the best advice i can give.
