I'm sorry monsterGoofy - that is really frustrating! Can you try an internship to gain some experience/skills or volunteer somewhere doing the work you're interested in? It doesn't pay the bills but it does round you out and makes you more appealing to future jobs. And as for the English piece - have you looked into ESL courses? Our community center offers them for free. I taught ESL in Korea so if you ever want to chat on here and practice your English I would love to help out.

Hello Mrs. Joggers, yes I already have internship and some volunteer experience but I think they are not satisfy with that. May I know the website of ESL.. I'm seriously and sincere to learn english. By the way thank you.

Could send the cover letter in explaining why you would be a fantastic asset to their team. Then attach your resume. Sometimes it's standard to require experience, at the same time, a degree is an unspoken alternative to the experience requirement.
A well written cover letter can also serve as a writing sample. Clarity in written english can often times help to overlook an accent or twist of expressed verbal language. Meaning if you can write it, with more practice and immersion spoken language can follow suit.

how?because life in the bussnis world is harsh and they dont give a F about you.. they just care about making monny. and they only want the best of the best. im 33 and iv never had a job. no one willing to give anyone a chance. you either scream confidence and stand out form the crowd, no someone in the bis to get you in the backdoor..or just lucky in life. life is horrible when nothing works
Thanks for this!

That's one of the things that's screwed up in the job market today. Companies wanting lots of experience for entry-level jobs with entry-level pay. They fail to see why that makes no sense.
Thanks for this!
