I've lost a job due to a layoff before and I know that can really be unsettling, but another job is bound to come in time. This isn't the end. You can make it through this. One day at a time...that's as fast as we all can go. There are resources available to you, including this site. You are not going through this alone. Please try to keep hope alive. I was force to quit my job because I was about to be fired and there was nothing that my assistance manager could do to prevent me from losing my job because the district manager want me fired because of my hearing impairment. I went for several month where I work just one day and less than thirty minutes assuming that I got to come in at all because one of the store manager had a problem with my sister because of her rudeness. Instead of cutting my sister hours the manager cut my hours. I lost my cell phone, my cable because I lost my hours. It was so bad that I had that I thought I may have been fired. Which had cause my older brother to bully me because it didn't know what our sister was doing to cause me to lose everything. I would go home crying because I had no money. Every time my sister would eat something that she didn't pay for, or she would be rude to someone, I was the one that end up losing hours. I had suffer from emotional and physical abuse because of my sister being rude to everyone I was force to quit my job. The day that I had quit my job I was told that I just been fired from my job. I walk out in tears and by the time I reach my bedroom I was sobbing. I love my job. But it was just too much for me.
