I've really not been liking my job for a long time now, but it's what I got, and I don't want to give it up until I can find a decent replacement, yet when I look, there's nothing but restaurant jobs, (or jobs that require umpteen years of experience and or a degree) and I've decided I'd probably wind up hating the restaurant jobs. I want something with a decently regular schedule, where I go to work, do my thing, go home, and I can actually have some sort of normal life.

Maybe you can open up your job search to other locations. Or, sometimes it helps to contact a business directly that doesn't have a job listing to let them know you are looking for an opportunity to work for them.
I hope you find a better job soon!
