Well I got fired once more. Ever since I had a nervous breakdown last summer I haven't been the same. My work ethic has gone out the window and I can't seem to keep a job. I use to bend over backwards for my whomever my employer was. But then I realized how ungrateful they were and took me for granted. I don't even feel like a man anymore. I'm having to bum money from my dad and mom like a 15 year old. I don't even feel deserving of my girlfriend who hasn't complained when I couldn't take her out or even pay for take out.

Sorry to hear that you got fired. Did your employer, and past employers, explain why you were fired? If it's a common pattern then perhaps you could work on whatever the issues are.

If you are not able to keep a job due to mental health issues, consider applying for disability. There is no shame in accepting the help if you truly need it. Disability has definitely helped me, and now I am working part-time while receiving disability. It is possible to do both eventually - be gentle with yourself.

I am sorry you have to be going through this. You are in my thoughts and prayers. May I offer You a gentle hug and a soft embrace. Be Safe!

There isn't a reoccurring pattern really.
