Absolutely. I've discussed work stress with Dr's in the past and with my therapist too.

I have found Mindfulness and grounding techniques can be helpful, if not while at work, for relieving the stress after you get home.

I definitely would. Work causes lots of mental issues--like stress and anxiety--if it's not going well or if there are problems, which affects the body and, of course, mental well-being. Anything throwing mental health out of wack is good to speak with a therapist about.

Absolutely. And when the law suit happens you will have an objective third party with records that can back you up.

Sorry I haven't answered yet. I appreciated your help. My emotions are hard to keep control of. Today my boss said I have tunnel vision and misunderstand people. I had gone to him for help with someone who was being angry at me and I didn't understand why. Ended up he was mad at me and it was my fault the other person was mad at me. I don't know how to get this boss to keep thinking so low of me. He even got someone to look up the definition of misunderstand on their phone because I apparently don't know it.
