Uuggghhh.

Edit: I did not go to my language class today. I know this is a pattern for me (and my go-to coping mechanism...)! I'd even talked to my supported ed. worker before hand, and still didn't go. Although, I did not feel happy with our meeting, and I was disappointed with how it went. I'm just feeling embarrassed and vulnerable about some things she brought up. Will talk in therapy. I will keep trying. I plan to go next week.

I did go to the employment agency again. I'm going to fill out some applications online.

Some things that went right today, is that I finally called a friend of mine from meditation group yesterday, and this afternoon, we got together and she made me lunch. It was so sweet. She is elderly. I like her though, despite our age difference. I also "Strove for 5" (healthy eating) and I made it! I think I went a little over, and had like 6 servings of fruit/veggies.
