My employer's HR department recently sent out an email saying they're going to be celebrating disability awereness month by sending out info regarding disablities (including mental health) to garner understanding of what people go through. They never did. I feel strongly that breaking of this promise is quite disrespectful. I want to say something but I'm not sure how or to whom. Could someone advise? Am I just being silly?

Well how well do you get along with whoever made this decision to have a day like this? Is it worth speaking up in the sense that, would people be open to hearing that or take it as you being a troublemaker? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
