And I'm falling through the cracks. Do I go above them to alert their manager whose a director that both bosses have refused a sept one on one meeting with me and I haven't had a one to one meeting since my other boss which was like july. And I have made complaints that are being ignored basically. Or least not responded to. I don't know what to do. my next one to one meeting isn't til oct.

Your work place doesn't seem very conducive to a person's wellbeing.

Wish I had some good advice to offer but I was in a toxic work environment and only retirement spared me lifelong misery.

Of course retirement isn't an option in most circumstances.

I follow your posts and know that your workplace is a real thorn in your side. Sorry I do not know how to be helpful. My heart goes out to you as you navigate the unhappy terrain this joyless, tiresome and distressing environment ! ! ! Yao Wen
