I've been here almost 2 months. Customer Service rep at a furniture store. I was told tonight that within 6-12 months, our jobs will be obsolete.
The salespeople will be able to take payments and finalize the sale. The store managers will do the rest of the work.

I don't know how true this is. However, he's not the first to say this.

I don't know what to do. I'll be 56 this year, and I am so tired of job hopping.

Any advice?
