i was very lucky when i decided to withdraw for opiades, and benzos at the same time. I cut them back slowly for 2 weeks and worried all the time that i would have sezuires, rehab is the way to go. I did go to rehab for a week and took phenabarbatol to counteract the problems from the benzos. The benzos are harder to kick in your head physically it is over easy. Good luck and remember to see a doc about cutting back.
