Hi i dont know if i should be posting here but i was addicted to drugs 3yrs ago but theres one habit i cant stop..i cant stop bitibg my bottom lip and underneath it...does anyone else do this?

It gets real sore and then when it starts healing i chew it even more!
Ive tried stopping but i cant...it hurts

I do this as a stress reaction rather than for any other reason. It takes incredible self control not to do it as it happens without even realizing.

I bought some cream for mouth sores and it tasted so terrible I hardly chewed on my lip. That is about the only advice I can offer though. Hope it feels a bit better soon.
