but it didn"t stop me from having a drink last night to cope with anxiety. Feeling guilty... The longest I stayed sober was 7 months... lately I use "just one drink" to relax and cope with anxiety... I feel soooo guilty, which is a good sign I think, but the guilt didn't/ doesn't stop me... not yet anyway. I feel rebellious at the same time with the guilt.... Feeling guilty... ....not good!!!
