I am still drug free and alcohol free. Been quite some time since I last used. I say just today is all that counts for me. Handling all of the pretty well but trying to deal with the mental health issues is a different story. They are getting to me now and I know I have to work 2 seperate programs in order to keep them both in check. Doing my best with mental health in order to keep my head above water though. Need to just take it one step at a time also.

Allan

Allen…
Ain’t that the truth. One day at a time. I apply the principles of the steps in all areas of my life, and I leave the outcome in God’s hands.

The things I go through today will, in all probability be of use to myself or someone else in days to come. Nothing is meaningless, nothing is by accident. All things are as they should be. There is a purpose to everything in my life. My job is to perceive that purpose.

It’s good to see your post Allen,
Richard

Hello I hope things are going well for you at this time. I think that you are making a wise decision in your life to address the mental health issues in your life along with the other issues. There are NAMI and DBSA and DDA groups in your area that may be of support as well. NAMI and DBSA are both good groups for support. and offer classes as well for advancement. I am going to leaveyou a hotline number to call in case you would like to call someone to talkt o in person. 1-800-273-TALK. Take care sincerely soidhonia
