Hi.I am an Alcoholic and an Addict. I am currently using Meth. I have been on a binge for about a month. I want to stop and go back to my meetings and my mental health groups but I just stay in my room and isolate and do drugs and get on my computer. I have been focusing on my son who is a Narcissist and my granddaughter. it's a bad situation. But I realize that I have been spending so much time trying to deal with that situation, that I am ignoring my own problem with my Bipolar and Addiction. I need to get help so I don't kill myself using these drugs.

I used meth very heavy for five years. Only snorted. It messed me up beyond description. It is an evil drug. The fact you are bi polar and using meth is a bad mix. When I stopped using meth and got clean and sober I got meth induced post acute withdrawal syndrome. they didn't know much about it then. (1995) I had a full blown manic episode with major psychosis that lasted over a year. I am not bi polar I. It was all caused by meth use. Some people never get back to normal. I would strongly suggest you get back to meetings and your mental health treatment.
