im withdrawing from opiates currently. i'm entering day 3. i still do not feel good. ive done this many times before, so at least i know it will pass. it is still so very uncomfortable though.

its hard for me to push away the thoughts that if i used, all of this sickness will stop. it would be so easy..

..but then it wouldnt... because i will get hooked again. i cannot live like that any longer. i will end up dead

Be and stay confident that you know well about yourself, can you tire yourself out by keep thinking?

I was watching BBC documentary about heroin addiction few days ago, it's just not your fault.

I recently withdrew from an opiate dependency. It was pretty mild, but the side effects were pretty bad. I've been off them for about 5 weeks?!

Thinking of you.

How are you today J? You're in a hole? You don't have an evidence most likely to tell that the earth is flat, don't be so sure of that. O, ashamed, I guess you can feel that way, what I don't like is dumb people who don't work on the mechanics of getting/feeling embarrassed, I understand it as a typical bipolar moment where the situation could go either way, a. the person really knows it, b. it'd be just another point of view "aah, that, that is a bipolar person/behavior, I can't fathom anyone would do that!".

Feeling ashamed, it'll take awful lot of intelligence/smarts to know what it means, I don't know enough to be able to use the word lightly, we could probably ask about it for the entirely length of our life span, I don't want dolphins to feel ashamed, I wouldn't think of that, so it's a human faults that needs to be,,,I dunno. I do a little bit. It'd be easier to hold it rather than being in that state. You can read about it from the scholars or from anyone who cares about you, there's nothing more to offer, it can't be my job, you'll find the right fit, empathy is a messed up business these days, I hope you don't struggle too much.

So, what I really wanted to talked to you about is this drug use history that we(someone) know(s), I myself haven't picked up any books, I'm not a good reader, I'm thinking of men from 50,60,70s when they were younger, and their views, it's just that their voices carries the weight of true knowledge. I was reading an article about ketamine depression treatment a few months back, if you knew the stuff, you'd have an opinion about it.

It's your library, that you call a hole, how does anyone transport a book into your hands? Get a magic wand and summon a book or two, the tricky part is I think the randomness is at play, I don't need a messenger of any kind, it's highly illogical ways to see the world to me....

Please allow me to connect the dots between the randomness here, I live the life backwards, not, no, not at your age probably, you could. Looking backwards, nobody was the truth...

A sense of freedom is something that, happily, comes with age and life experience.
-Diane Keaton

Mr.Trump had a great opinion about a certain Hollywood actress. I'll never meet a person who knows the smell of burning celluloid, someone used to really cut and spliced together the scenes.

What you're prevented from imagining,,, that's not a driving force, they are just there.

"Put me further away, put me in a deep dark hole", and I'll be just the same, I could say that. The point is not what will happen to me, my thoughts and being would be on another continent, thinking of a man that I don't know much about. Defining business, I got it.

Hey Takeshi

I have never done ketamine. I've managed to avoid most dissociative drugs such as ketamine and PCP. What I've read about ketamine for depression s that it's really an acute fix for ongoing suicidal crises, and it is also done at microdoses

Stick at it hon. Believe me when I say know where your at.
Been an addict for 24 years, a h addict for 10.

I know a lot of times it's the first few days that break you, but I also know the complacency and lies you tell yourself once your through it.

The pain cramps and sweats are gone, but the crazy dreams still pop up.
And you think just a quick burn, Just the one, for a quiet night. Then I won't do it again. Cos fk me I don't want to do that rattle again....(sigh)
Or at least that's where I often fall.

Ha who am I kidding....I hardly ever make it that far. But the rare occasions I do...
I know what it's like to chase the silence.
To want my brain to shut the fk up for just a minute so I can think.

JD,you have a strength I wish for every day, once again you have dug deep and hung on for another day.
Really proud of you.
Thank you for reminding me it can be done.
