Throwing more substances into your body is only going to extend the withdrawal and make it worse later.

its been 3 weeks yesterday for me....ive had withdrawal symptoms for the first two....slightly for the third....im hoping there are none, or at least fewer and very far between this week...

Everyone is different for me it only lasted two weeks. I have heard it can last up to 90 days.
