took some codeine and some "extra" xanax tonight. Just a couple to take the edge off - im by no means screwed up or anything but i still deviated from my medical rules. I just wanted to take the edge off. So much going on.

Now i feel stupid. Why did i do that?

Back on the bandwagon after tonight.

Rain,

Try not to beat yourself up over this slips happen. The important thing is to get back on track and learn from the experience.

We're all only human and we all make mistakes on occassion. I totally understand the temptation, and I think it's that much easier to slip into abusing prescription drugs because they are after all prescribed to us.

It definitely doesn't make you a failure.

To fail is to not recognize that you made a mistake......since you recognize that and you are going to do everything you can to get back on the band wagon...then you have not failed.

((((((((((((((((( Bowzz )))))))))))))))))))) Treat yourself well my friend. We learn by our mistakes. If we never made them, how would we learn the lessons needed? Fail :(

The "shame" would be in not begining again..

All is well Rainbow...you are feeling the mistake..

That is what we learn to do...

To feel again..
