Yeah, that's me. The mainstay of my day. Of course I do incorporate some healthy food during the day....I'm a vegetarian, so what I eat is mainly a dish of steamed vegetables or some organic tomato soup and some blueberries and a slice of whole wheat toast. In the morning, a glass of almond milk (30 calories). That's it.

Restricting fills my head. The cigarette keeps the monsters away. The coffee comforts me. Weird way to live......

I did find nicotine and caffeine a large part of comfort and dependability/ consistency in my life. Feeling the warm liquid enter my mouth and going down
My throat was a real joy. And liked feeling my lungs fill up with smoke and exhaling what a real comfort.

I try not to smoke any more since coming out of a psych ward. Only have once.


BTW I do not find it weird at all. I think it is just.a form of self soothing
