I have just eaten a lot and I know it's good but I feel so so guilty... And it might not even seem like a lot to most people but I can't help how I feel...

No need to feel guilty(even though I have done the same thing). Your body will tell you how much you need and even if you go overboard, tomorrow is a new day. Don't let it ruin your day. What's done is done. Don't keep punishing yourself.

HELLO dear beanbag0. First of all I'd like to offer you a big warm WELCOME to Psych Central and all of the excellent things it has in store for you. There are lots of forums and threads to check out and you might want to make some friends. I have suffered from eating disorders for the last 33 years, so I most def understand how it effects you. I have BPD and have just completed a years one to one DBT therapy and also a group therapy for 4 months. It was all totally helpful and I'm glad I was officially diagnosed with both bulimia and anorexia, with severe restricting in between. YES, I do KNOW what you mean by the feeling of fullness in your tummy, it always lgets you. BUT, carryon hunny as you need to, get yourself well because starving etc does us a lot of dangerous harm. HUGS, xxxxxxxxxxxx
