I eat small meals or healthy high protein snacks every 3-4 hours. Once in a while I have a big meal, but the little meals keep my hunger from being squelched and I stay pretty content food wise.
Try to stay away from carbs. They seem to foul up my emotions and my body. I was a heavy carb eater once but as that subsides I am more emotionally stable

I understand... I try and have a low carb protein drink in the morning along with my vitamins, so I can try and stay healthy.
I too stay away from carbs... if you can't eat, at least try a protein drink to keep your strength up and make sure you take vitamins to compensate
I take a multi vitamin, fish oil, fax oil, vitamin D, Vitamin K (I have a vitamin K deficiency), Vitamin E and extra Potassium.

This way I don't feel so guilty, I make sure and get supplements my body needs.. I also try really hard to eat some sort of protein in the evening with a vegetable like broccoli.. I don't always eat it all.. but at least it is a start.

I'm hardly hungry
This is quite normal...I found that the less I ate, the less my stomach feel hungry even years after the worst of my anorexia hit.....very seldom does my stomach ever tell me that it's hungry & I have a hard time even remembering to eat because I get involved in other things.

Only in the cold winter does my stomach really try to tell me it's hungry but NOT all the time either....it's normal after starving it for it to just now tell us when we are hungry.

I know the feeling BeanBag. But life is meant to be enjoyed and if you feel better when you're not hungry the guilt is false.
