The last 2-3 months I've had a relapse with my anorexia where I've restricted and lost a bit of weight, and ended up passing out from dehydration at work yesterday and ending up in hospital. Anyway, I've decided to restore the weight I've lost in this relapse and keep moving forward with recovery.

Has anyone got any tips on how I can stick with recovery and any good resources I could look at?

My personal experience is that now I'm living alone & totally responsible for the lives & care of my dogs, I have taken serious staying at my healthy weight. I live on my farm out in the country away from everyone so it would be dangerous if I passed out like I used to. While I am careful not to lose weight I'm also careful in not gaining unhealthy either like after the first time. It's a crazy tight rope walk but I work hard enough my farm that the activity is helpful in keeping myself healthy. For me it was a change in mind set & leaving the stressful bad marriage for me was such a relief....stress always makes me sick to the point I can't eat because I'm always feeling sick.....

Healthy mind set with determination....same process only healthy verses unhealthy mind set. The determination is the same. I am now determined to stay healthy instead of staying thin

I find prayer, especially praying for others, and their needs, helps me to change my focus from my body to what God would really want for me.

I think it is important to have a mindset that is keeping you as stable as possible and to be as sure as you can overcome Anorexia can be overcome by a very determined mindset.

Best wishes
