Just wondering if it is at all normal to cry everytime you get frustrated or angry? I'm really trying to stop doing this because nobody can take me seriously when I'm crying but it's seems to be out of my control. Does anyone have any tips for controlling this? I do it in public, even in front of important people. The tiniest bit of frustration and sure enough my eyes start filling up. I feel confident but my tears makes ppl think I'm just a nut job. Any and all tips would be greatly appreciated...I know there must be some way to get this in check!!! Thanks to all who reply. (p.s. I do suffer from mild anxiety )

Hi Amalie...and welcome

I might not know the best advice right now...because I'm kinda out of sorts, but I can understand your frustration because I really do hate to cry ...and especially in front of everyone.

I supsect you have a lot going on and a lot of emotions stored up.

Your body and mind must be just automatically letting it go and releasing it ...sort of like an emergency release maybe.

Do you have more stress or unusual circumstances going on?

You don't need to feel badly about what is going on because that only adds to the pressure of why it is your doing it. Maybe talking to a therapist or a doctor might be helpful.

Could even be hormonal?

I hope maybe some of this was helpful.

If you need anything anytime just ask.

This site is very helpful and ppl are very supportive.

Take good care and welcome again.

Eva
