Hi there,
If anyone wishes please try to convince me my son's marching band school trip to Disneyworld will be okay, I'm sick over it, the terrorist's risks and mechanical failure.
We've flown a lot over the years but our last family flight was almost a crash, in fact when we finally were able to land, we had a horrible storm, they stopped all flights, we were the last arrivals that day.
Well, I trust my son, my only child, his school, I am just petrified of something going wrong, like a horrid premonition, I know I shouldn't but I have no control over this anxiety, I've already had 2 anxiety attacks in the past month.
Funny, I know it is foolish, and I tell my self not to worry . . . but I do.
I can't wait for the trip to come and go, with a safe return for all, then I can calm down. . . sigh.
Thanks for listening to my rambling.

DE

DE - I don't think I can console you much. I freak out about both of those things as well, and it's odd because I fly a LOT (almost every week). Ativan and Tylenol PM help much, but that doesn't really help you very much since you'll be worrying about him the entire time he'll be gone.

Just know that I understand... Fear of terrorist attack or mechanical problems :(
