I've seen it on movies and dreams and news that I can't even bear to use the lifts anymore. Too scared to go in them rather walking the stairs no matter how long it takes me. Instead of being in a small space stuck with no windows and yet nothing to hold on too proberly. I don't think I can ever go into a lift again not alone not even with people. Nothing bad has ever happed to me in a lift. Just that I don't like the thought of it. Anyone have the same problem as me?

Scared of using the lifts (pos trig)

Yes, I used to be afraid of elevators. I did not want to feel cramped up in a small space. Once I had therapy, and got better, they no longer affect me. I do so hope that you will get help soon Miss A.......you are too young to be going thru so much. You know, with the fear of the elevators(lifts), ask yourself "What can be dangerous about a lift, when all those other people ride them all the time?" Its really NOT the lift that you are afraid of, because if there were something bad about lifts, everyone would be afraid of them. :-)
