I am pretty sure this is anxiety, but i worry about getting hurt. I'm recovering from a serious surgery and im always worried about somone running into me or tripping me. It never crossed my mind before now, and I believe its cause of anxiety, but really its not a bad thing either....

I think your fear is pretty much justified and not anxiety at all....since you are still recovering from your surgery. It's when you are fully recovered and the fear lingers on....that could be seen as anxiety.

I sure hope no one does bump into you...please try and relax and stay home as much as you can and relax.

Well, this has been the hardest thing I have evet did Its like coming back from the impossible. I am still really hurting throughout my spine, it doesn't go away, as I wish it would It sometimes really gets me down thank god for this place it can make a differernce iin this place

Back surgery takes an increddible amount of time to heel.. You have to build up calcium around the bone.. I had it and it took about one year to get back to normal..
