Does anyone else start to curl up in a ball, and rock back and forth when they get really anxious?

I rock even when I am NOT anxious!!! I have to make a conscious effort not to. I have done this since i was a young child. When I am anxious it is even worse....

((((ickydog)))))))))

ALL THE TIME!!! Sometimes I completely cover myself in blankets & pull my covers & pillow over my head....... Rocking back and forth

If it's an outlet to your current negative/positive feelings; go for it!! Rocking back and forth Rocking back and forth

Years ago, I'd stay that way FOR DAYS!!!(only exception were cigarette and bathroom breaks) Rocking back and forth Rocking back and forth Rocking back and forth Rocking back and forthYOU ARE NOT AONE!!!! I'll have those web sites for you immediatedly! In the meanwhile, "Rock & Roll!" Hang tight.......
Peace, Dayzee9
