Does anyone else start to curl up in a ball, and rock back and forth when they get really anxious?

I rock even when I am NOT anxious!!! I have to make a conscious effort not to. I have done this since i was a young child. When I am anxious it is even worse....

ALL THE TIME!!! Sometimes I completely cover myself in blankets & pull my covers & pillow over my head....... ![]() If it's an outlet to your current negative/positive feelings; go for it!! ![]() ![]() Years ago, I'd stay that way FOR DAYS!!!(only exception were cigarette and bathroom breaks) ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Peace, Dayzee9
