Hi everyone

what is the difference between panic and anxiety attacks? if there is a difference?

i sometimes (mainly at night) think about things then start panicking and get shortness of breath and cry....and i really dont know what to do with myself.

does anyone know what this may be??

im getting abit worried about it

I often get anxiety attacks when I am faced with a situation that is uncomfortable to me, like going to therapy. As the attack heightens, I will go into a panic attack where it feels like I am actually having a heart attack. I have even gone to the E.R. thinking I was having a heart attack. I have now learned that if I get like that to call my wife to help talk me out of it.
