Hi feary! It's GREAT you have finally found a medication combo that has helped your mood! Well done for hanging in there. I know you've had a truly terrible time with your anxiety. I understand that there is still room for improvement, but it sounds like you have made some giant steps forward. Yay!

I have been thinking of you-- It is so good to hear that you're feeling better!

Being able to function is wonderful. You've really come a long way. I hope you give yourself a lot of credit for hanging in there and searching for what will help you.

Last few days I have been in a deep depression. I just cannot handle living as a single divorced mother with half custody.

and all my anxieties are too much.

I was doing so well and now it seems all the meds just stopped working suddenly- i don't understand. i didn't change anything.

Maybe the holidays felt good, and you had lots of support and loving kindness coming your way, lots to keep you busy (and distracted), feeling lifted by the happy time of year?

Or maybe it wasn't that way at all.

But I wonder if nothing changed now... but something was going on that isn't now, or something is coming up that is affecting you.

I hope you can feel hopeful by thinking about your nice period of feeling good, and remind yourself with kindness that there is no reason that can't return.

Thats how evil panic attacks are they come out of the blue with no warning .Whats meds you take for this maybe you need an upper dosage or med change .

Panic attacks may feel as if they are coming 'out of the blue' and sudden, but they are a response to something going on within that causes fear. It takes time and work to be able to slow the process down so you can catch where it begins and learn what it's about. Learning this means you don't have to mute it or numb it with medications; you learn it will begin and it will end and in the process there is much to learn about oneself. The more you learn and understand, the less intense and then less frequent the panic comes.

I'm glad the combination of meds is working for you. You know I've always been interested in Abilify to try. Right now I'm on Pristiq, Depakote (as an adjunct for depression) and Wellbutrin. I think Depakote doesn't help me as much as lithium or lamictal helped me, but I'm not sure.

better now since my period passed and usually it is a bad time but this weight gain and acne due to meds is killing my mood and making things worse. and I cannot stop eating. I feel hungry ALL the time even if I just ate a huge meal!

I never had acne before and now my face is covered and I am almost 40

but overall shouldn't be complaining but...

ugh.
