I'm feeling my stomach turn...twisting in agony. My hands are shaky and sweaty, and my breathing is fast. Stress, tension, fright. I try to hide from it, but there's nowhere to go. No comfort for me. Why does this happen? Why me? Why now? Why ever? Can I ever just be normal and deal with my problems like everyone else? I'm scared all the time it seems. And I thought today might be a better day.

Oh MP, i thought it was only me who felt like that. I get all the anxiety for the girls and what you say is exactly how I feel. Its very hard isnt it/ Kinda makes me want to stop and hide.

Mental Polution,
You wrote,[...there's no where to go... no comfort...why?...can I ever?....].
If you are asking for support, there could be a great benifit to you by having dialog with me. You see, I want to offer you support and help you find a {place to go}, where there is the rest from what you describe.

{{{{{{{{{{{{{MP}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} I know exactly how you feel! Hun, it's the "human condition." That's the "why me." Just remember, feelings aren't facts, ok?

I'm freaking right now myself, but I'm trying to tell myself that the fear is External to me. I don't have to believe the Fear. If I accept the fact that I'm scared, I can control IT better and not let it control ME.

Don't try to hide from it, tell it to come right on in and face it squarely. Tell it "You want a piece of this???" Then think out your self-talk. What are you telling yourself? Is it true? Is it real? Discard wasn't isn't true and deal with what is.

This is difficult for me to write, because I'm going through the process myself. I've let my fear take hold of me, but I have to reason to let it. I know that the source of my fear will soon be taken care of. What I'm afraid of CAN'T TOUCH ME unless I let it. In truth, the fear is unrealistic. It's on the other side of my screen. I don't have to let it in.

Hope you can relate to some of my rantings. Just know that you aren't alone. Someone out there understands and is fighting the same "thing."

SeptemberMorn,
You wrote,[...the source of my fear...].
I would like to offer support to those that are suffereing from anxiety and if you could clarify if the source of your fear is only for you or if the source of your fear is the same source to all others, then I could respond better to your post.

((((((((((allthegirls)))))))))) No you're not alone. Apparenly I am not either! I thought I was the only one who felt this way. Thanks for reminding me that I'm not, even though this is such a terrible thing to deal with.

(((((((((((SeptemberMorn)))))))))))) You always know just what to say. That made me feel so much better. You just don't know. I am so sorry you are dealing with the same "thing" I am. But you had the strength to write that and tell me what I can do to help myself even when you are having such a hard time yourself. That's something I can't do yet. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

MentalPollution,
You wrote,[...the same "thing"...].
I was wondering if you and the other poster were referring to a {common generator} or individual generators for inducing anxiety. I would like to offer support for those suffering from anxiety and If you are referring to a common generator, could you identify what you think that common generator is?
