Ive been having anxiety for 2 years now..but lately it has gotten worse. Especially at school, I have to sit in the last seat in class because if i dont i feel like im on stage infront of the universe. I get shaky, white, and feel faint. I know its not a normal feeling for someone to have, Im not even the one speaking. Just being infront of the class makes me have really bad anxiety.
I also have anxiety in movie theaters..I cant see movies with to much action because i dont feel alive when i do. I can see movies like that at home on the tv without to many problems but the movie theater amplifys things.
Even thinking about these things is making me have problems breathing.
I have tried all sorts of methods, breathing deep to relax, stop thinking about it by entertaining my mind, and other things along those lines..but it seems like nothing i do can really stop all my feelings.
Im not really sure what to do all the time, Im just living till i die.

I understand where you are coming from. I always preferred to sit in the back in class. I am very self concious of people looking at me. I have had to work on it because of the jobs I have had (substitute teaching). I still have problems with it and when I have to speak to a group in a professional setting, I stutter.

yea, it just makes me feel like a weirdo knowing that im probably the only person in the class that has that problem. I have to talk to my teachers about it now, but they seem to be understanding.

yea, i just sometimes feel like a weirdo..like im the only one in my class that feels this way. This year i finally got tired of it all and suffering so before a new class begins i find time to talk to the teacher about it so i know for sure i wont be placed in the front. The only things i worry about now is if i go to take the act and get put in the front row and start freaking out infront of the whole class..

Usually on taking the ACT, you sit yourself. Make a point of getting there in plenty of time and finding the right place for you.

I always hated it in school when the teacher had everyone sitting in alphabetical order. My last name started with an A. Horrible. Thankfully now my last name starts with T.

Good luck with ACT.
