I feel terrible. Today was a bad day. I'm angry and don't know what to do with myself. I'm scared. Scared of getting in trouble. Scared of things that I probably shouldn't be scared of. But I'm scared. I felt sick with fear today.

What could be the source of your anger? C. If you are seeking therapeutic dialog, from what perspective, if any, are you limiting any discourse to? Lou |

I'm not having a good day. Last night I had to sleep at someone elses house becuase I was too scared to stay here in case this person came over. This horrible person that I work with went off at me last night. I didn't do anything. I'm sick of it.
